1.This warranty is void if:
a. The completely filled warranty card is not present at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the instructions given under the user manual.
c. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood, accident, negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation,repair, alterations or modifications by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial number and production code has been removed and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear corrosion, rust or stains scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product.
g. Claims damaged and corroding parts (accessories) after 7 days from the original date of goods received.
h. Defects or faults on products which have been used for commercial / industrial purposes or which have been rented / leased or have been otherwise subject to non household / non domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service providers only.
3. During the limited warranty period Milton or its authorized service provider will repair without charge the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All defective parts used for the warranty repair should be surrendered to Hydro Valves and/or its authorized servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collection the unit (s) or part(s) thereof from authorized service provider as well as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne by the consumer.
5. truTRTL’s obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. Except as set forth above, there are no other express or implied warranty and all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law (including any warranty of satisfactory quality. merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the lass
6. truTRTL’s total liability for damages relating to or arising out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of the type or cause of such damage of the form of characterization of the claim asserted. (e.g. contract or tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
7. However in no event shall truTRTL and their authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or contracts, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or not truTRTL has been advised of the possibility of such damages These limitations shall apply notwithstanding the failure of the essential purpose of any limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect consumer’s statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is therefore authorized to make modifications to this warranty and you should not rely on any such representation, truTRTL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.

• The Warranty period starts from the Date of Purchase by the first end-user.
• During this warranty period of 1 year, truTRTL or its authorized Reseller/service partner will replace or repair any part of the product that, in their opinion, is defective due to faulty material or workmanship (i.e., manufacturing defects).
• The product’s plastic/glass parts are not covered under warranty and must be handled with care to avoid breakage.
• The original purchaser can avail warranty services at the point of sale by producing the damaged parts along with the original invoice.
• This warranty is void if the unit is not operated under normal conditions as defined in the manual.
• Products returned to truTRTL or its Reseller for warranty examination must be shipped freight prepaid.
• truTRTL or its Reseller shall not be liable for claims exceeding the cost of repair of the defects in workmanship.
• This warranty agreement does not render truTRTL or its Reseller liable for injuries or damages—direct, consequential, or contingent—to persons or property.
• truTRTL or its Reseller is not responsible for failure to meet warranty obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as floods, earthquakes, strikes, labor disputes, or other Forces Majeures.
• Repairs or alterations made without prior written approval from truTRTL or its Reseller will void the warranty.
• This warranty excludes products/components or damage that, in the opinion of truTRTL or its Reseller, have been subjected to misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, or operation against instructions.
• Damage caused by freezing, floods, fire, or Acts of God is not covered by this warranty, and regular charges will apply in such cases.
• This limited warranty does not include service to diagnose a claimed malfunction in the product.
• truTRTL reserves the right to alter or improve product design and specifications without any obligation to buyers of previously sold products.
• Any disagreements and obligations related to the purchase of truTRTL products are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
• truTRTL or its Reseller assumes no warranty liability other than what is specified herein. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• No person or representative is authorized to assume obligations on behalf of truTRTL or its Reseller other than what is specified in this warranty.
• Under no circumstances shall the liability of truTRTL or its Reseller exceed the value of the product.
• The terms mentioned above are non-negotiable, and no employee of truTRTL or its Reseller has the authority to supersede them.
