Steak Recipes Using Air Fryer

Classic Air Fryer Ribeye Steak

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness (8 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium-well).
    • Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 sirloin steaks
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • Fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
    • Season steaks with salt and pepper.
    • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
    • Place steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the steaks in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
    • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.

Air Fryer Teriyaki Steak

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 flank steaks
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp ginger, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Instructions:
    • Marinate steaks in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
    • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
    • Remove steaks from marinade and place in the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked to your liking.
    • Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
