Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 medium potatoes
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.
    • Toss the potato wedges in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Air Fryer Potato Chips

  • Ingredients:
    • 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • Slice the potatoes thinly, using a mandolin for even slices.
    • Soak the slices in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
    • Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 medium potatoes
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme), optional
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Slice each potato thinly without cutting all the way through to create a "fan" effect.
    • Brush the potatoes with melted butter and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
