Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Tilapia

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 tilapia fillets
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400F (200C) for about 5 minutes.
    • Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Marinate the Fish: Brush the tilapia fillets with the marinade on both sides and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
    • Air Fry the Tilapia: Place the marinated tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Air Fryer Crispy Fish Tacos

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 white fish fillets (like cod or haddock)
    • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup cornmeal
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 8 small tortillas
    • Toppings: shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, cilantro, and lime wedges
  • Instructions:
    • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 400F (200C).
